Return Appointment (53 minutes) - $190

Insurance Information

I am currently in network with BCBS, however this contract will end on 9/4/2024. I am out of network with all other private insurance plans. Some insurance companies will reimburse you for a percentage of the fee with Out of Network benefits. I am happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company. To inquire about your Out of Network benefits, call the phone number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions...

• Do I have out-of-network behavioral health benefits?

• What is the deductible for my behavioral health benefits?
